endexam, the world renowned IT Certification Material Provider, introduced a column called Suggestions from Customers three months ago. During these months, many loyal customer offered many precious suggestions to help endexam improve. Recently, Annie Shine, the assistant director of Customer Service Department released an official response to all the suggestions.

Among all the messages left by customers, many customers expressed their gratitude towards endexam who helped them a lot in their way to IT certification.

“I used your product to study for the Security + Exam and made an 890 out of 900. I really hate test, but with using your product I was very confident and felt prepared when test day came. I now have to take the Security + Bridge and am sure with using your products again, I’ll do great on the test even though I’m nervous. Thanks for the products you make!” said Sharon Smith.

“It’s much of simple, clear view than before, but I like it so much, because I don’t need to view all the items at the same moment, I can find my need information by sorting view,” said Chan Kin Wai.

Besides praises, some customers also provided their helpful suggestions to us.

“Hi I am regular user of p4s and the new software color is not so pleasant and help file should be available with the software. I mean even if I do not have internet I should be able to read the help files. Appreciate for adopting the change in the product.” said Vijaykumar S Totager. To solve this problem, new version of endexam will get online soon.

Another warmhearted customer, Ray Castiar suggested, “I really like the way your software is set up and allows me to check my answers in practice test mode and then have a virtual exam. I wish you would sell ‘blank’ test where I could put in questions for my children as they study for school test. It would allow them to study the data and questions I put in for their school test. If you could do voice it would allow parents to buy your software and put in spelling words and gives their children spelling tests. I just think you could really expand your company and services by helping parents teach their children. You have a great product. If you could get schools to use the software and parents to pay for access it would be great for everyone. You might have to lock down the ability to review exams to only parents and only parents can delete old test history.” Our technical staffs are working on the practicality of this proposal.

Inevitably, still there are many problems left for us to solve, such as the spelling mistake complained by Garry and the thoughtless action about the product line raised by Siead Hasan. endexam has taken its action to solve these problems.
